as you might've noticed there haven't been any updates to this here website since its initial return, for people that haven't heard me murmuring about what i've been busy doing during streams unfortunately i am stuck in a "creative loop" of sorts sandwiched between me having to make stuff for a thing i don't really care for, of which the deadline is getting scarily close. on the bright side i managed to finish up an EP. there is a specific funny reason why the gallery hasn't been available; i got fuck-all in terms of recent, stand-alone illustrations (things that aren't reference sheets and conceptual work). i kind of realized i'm not really getting anywhere i want with the said conceptual work so my focus has shifted to doing the other thing. fun!
p.s; i read all messages in the guestbook, thanks for both those who send kind regards, those who occasionally return to crap in it (i'm looking at you, DOO-DOO) and the Robert Kyle™ comments.
would you look at that, the website is back... if unfortunately still missing the characters page and now also the gallery (i have no idea what to do with it at this moment.)
aside from it now being the year 2025, nothing spectacular has taken place yet externally; i've been going at my projects as usual, now with the addition of streaming, which i am pleasantly surprised by how fun it is — i probably won't do more than the saturday evenings though, i think one day a week is perfectly good.
as for something less relevant, look at this lava lamp i got for christmas... very nice, everyone needs to know! LOOK AT IT!

it's been a while. things have changed quite a bit ever since i got this new computer, most notably that i've got the drawing tablet that's been collecting dust for the past 5 years back into working order. i don't think i've fully reached knowing all the semantics of how to use it to the best of its ability but i'm still stoked.
as you might've noticed on my youtube channel i've semi-recently picked up guilty gear xx accent core +r (usually just shortened to +r), which is kind of funny because you may or may not know that i'm not really a gamer per se, let alone a competitive one. every one or two days i go back and fight CPUs to retain muscle memory and shit. i've been enjoying myself seeing actual progress happen, and with that i mean going from 6P spam to j236S spam. training those quarter cirlces was apparently worth it after all? i haven't even mentioned i spent a good penny on a stick just to play this...
on a sidenote i've been chronologically listening to aphex twin's discography, it's been about time i do so. very interesting hearing the source of a lot of my favorite musicians'/albums' inspirations. i might list some favorites in a future post.
outside of any computer or media stuff i'm excited for the cold days, mostly so i get to sleep under several blankets with my window open and longer dark hours. as usual.
